It began with curiosity. A drop of oil caught in the sunlight, the scent of a plant, and one question: what makes a skincare product truly worth it?

Two brothers, captivated by ingredients

Elios began with two brothers and a shared passion for cosmetics. A love for the way a cream feels and a bottle rests in your hand, but above all for the hidden world inside. The oils, the extracts, the plants where everything begins.

That fascination took us far. We travelled the world in search of inspiration and the most beautiful things nature has to offer. Plant oils, botanical extracts, age-old skincare traditions and everything nature makes possible. Every journey brought new scents, new textures and new stories home with us.

What the journey taught us

Along the way we learned something that has stayed with us ever since. A high price and luxurious packaging say little about the quality of a formula. More often they tell you about the outside rather than what is really in the bottle.

And so a dream took shape. Why shouldn’t a luxurious skincare experience go hand in hand with trusted partners, carefully chosen ingredients and a fair price?

The name Elios

Elios carries two sources of inspiration. Essential Oils, which hold the scent of plants, and Helios, the sun god of Greek mythology.

Think of the moment the first rays of sunlight drift across a landscape. The sun does not make it more beautiful than it is. It simply reveals the beauty that was there all along. The gold of a field, the green of a hillside, the shimmer of water.
